I am a registered Massage Therapist and a graduate of The Wellington College of Remedial Message with five years of clinical experience. My goal is to support people so they can move better, recover more fully, and deal with daily stress. Rather than applying a one size fits all approach, I assess what the body needs for optimal function -whether that’s structural support, improved mobility, nervous system regulation, or deep restoration. I work with a broad therapeutic tool kit, that includes Swedish massage , deep tissue release, pre-and post natal message, trigger point therapy and myofascial release.
