Whether you’re dealing with a minor strain, nagging soreness, or just want a little extra support before getting back in the game, Kinesio taping can help support muscles and joints while allowing you to stay active.

What this session includes:
• A brief assessment of the area of concern
• Professional Kinesio tape application
• Guidance on how the tape supports movement and recovery
• One or two simple exercises or rehab strategies to help support the area and improve recovery

These quick sessions are perfect for:
• Anyone dealing with minor aches, tightness, or irritation anywhere in the body
• Players wanting extra support for muscles or joints during activity
• Recovery between games or after play
• Helping prevent injuries or supporting rehabilitation of existing ones so you can keep playing and moving well.

As massage therapist working with athletes and active individuals, our focus is not just treatment but assessment, recovery, and rehabilitation—helping you move better and stay strong.

Sessions are only 15 minutes and easy to fit into your day.
