This focused session is designed for targeted problem areas and specific movement limitations.

Each 30-minute session begins with a brief assessment to identify restrictions, compensation patterns, or areas of overload. Treatment may include hands-on massage therapy, assisted PNF stretching, muscle activation, and focused soft tissue work. Depending on your needs, the session may take place on the treatment table or incorporate floor-based techniques using bands and controlled movement.

Ideal for maintenance work, acute flare-ups, or addressing a single area such as the neck, shoulders, hips, or lower back.
