Therapeutic treatments begin with a consultation and assessment. The therapist will develop a treatment protocol that is discussed in detail with the client. Therapists will be able to utilize different tools and treatments in their practice to beset help you achieve your goals.

Clients will be educated in exercise and posture control. Stretches done at home will enhance the progress made in the treatment room.

It is the combined effort for the therapist and client that will produce the best outcome.

Therapeutic Massage Treatment

Relaxation massage is beneficial for stress and mental health management, anxiety reduction and overall good health. 
However, If an injury occurs or there is an imbalance causing asymmetry in the body, then the benefit of relaxation massage become short lived. You now require massage therapy.

Relaxation Massage

Your therapist will prepare a side lying set up for your comfort and safety before your appointment. This treatment will address the different pains and discomforts you may encounter with your pregnancy as well as other unrelated musculoskeletal dysfunctions.

Pregnancy Massage

Cupping involves the use of silicon suction cups to lift the tissue up to stretch &amp;amp;amp;amp;amp; separate the layers of superficial fascia. 

There are numerous benefits to cupping such as increasing circulation, stretching soft tissues, separating adhesions, increasing fluid movement between joints, stimulating digestive movements, and more. 

The cups do cause markings on the skin which will fade within a week. Cupping marks are caused by the release of dead static blood, lymph, cellular debris, pathogens and toxins being released to the superficial tissue. They are not painful and can range from no mark to a deep purple.

Myofascial Cupping Treatment

Hot stone massage utilizes heated stones either placed strategically around the body or used to massage the tissue directly. The heat of the stones brings on increased blood and lymphatic circulation by relaxing and opening blood vessels, further allowing muscle tissue to release.
